PURPOSE: To obtain a resin composition which can give a resin molding which can increase markedly a period which vegetables and fruits or perishables can be kept fresh, by mixing a fine porous material treated with a fatty acid (derivative) with a resin.
CONSTITUTION: 10W100pts.wt. fine porous material (B) obtained by grinding an SiO2-based fine porous material such as 'Oya stone', zeolite, silicic caly or ceramics of a pore diameter of 2W2800 to 200W300mesh and drying the formed powder is treated by contact with 0.1W50pts.wt. fatty acid or its derivative (C) (e.g., plamitic acid). 100pts.wt. thermoplastic resin (A) such as PS, PP, PVC or PE is mixed with said porous material and, optionally, 1W20pts.wt. antibacterial or bactericidal substance (D).
