To obtain a resin composition for light-diffusing member, which has excellent light-diffusing properties, total light transmittance, hue and light resistance, especially suppresses gas produced in melt processing and has performance of excellent total balance without impairing properties characteristic of polycarbonate resin and a light-diffusing member.

The resin composition for light-diffusing member comprises (A) 100 parts wt. of an aromatic polycarbonate resin, (B) 0.05-20 parts wt. of an ultraviolet light absorber composed of an acrylic copolymer and (C) 0.05-20 parts wt. of fine particles with a fluorescent dye dispersed therein. The light-diffusing member is obtained by melt-molding the resin composition.
