PURPOSE: A composition that is composed of a vinyl chloride resin, an ethylene/ carbon monoxide/vinyl acetate terpolymer and a proton-donating organic compound, thus showing high clarity and flexibility and being suitable for the use as blood tubes, because of its causing no hemolysis and cytotoxin.
CONSTITUTION: The objective composition comprises (A) a vinyl chloride resin, (B) a terpolymer from ethylene/vinyl acetate/carbon monoxide and (C) a proton- donating organic compound. As the component C, is used an organic compound bearing an alcoholic hydroxyl and another one bearing an amino group, preferably glycerol monostearate, hexamethylenediamine monostearate or polylysine. As the component A, is used preferably a vinyl chloride/ethylene copolymer of 4W15wt% ethylene content. 100pts.wt. of component A are combined with 5W 200pts.wt. of component B and 100pts.wt. of the resultant composition is combined with 0.01W15pts.wt. of component C.
