To provide flame-retardant composition that has excellent balance between flame retardancy and physical property as well as excellent moldability and shock resistance at low temperature and provide molded product therefrom.

The resin composition comprises 30 to 65 wt.% in total, of (A) a straight-chain low density polyethylene as a copolymer of ethylene and 4 to 8C α-olefins and other α-olefin copolymers different from the above stated, 20 to 30 wt.% of metal hydroxide, 5 to 12 wt.% of antimony trioxide, 8 to 25 wt.% of bromine flame retardant, calculated as the bromine content, and 0.01 to 3 wt.% of fatty acid metal salt.
