Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition that is suitable for an optical compensation film having excellent phase difference properties and wavelength dispersion properties, and also having both of excellent heat yellowing resistance and excellent heat embrittlement resistance, and provide an optical compensation film prepared therewith.SOLUTION: A resin composition contains, as a resin component, a cellulose resin represented by formula (1) of 30-99 wt.% and an ester resin indicating negative birefringence of 1-70 wt.%, the resin composition containing the resin component 85-99.99 wt.% and a specific phenolic antioxidant having a phenol site of 0.001-15 wt.% (R-Rindependently represent H or a C1-12 substituent).SELECTED DRAWING: None
