The resin composition for a plastic coating material contains 10-50 mass% of a polymer A, which is obtained by polymerizing 20-100 mass% of at least one kind of monomer (a1) selected from an aromatic vinyl monomer and a polymerizable unsaturated monomer having a cycloalkyl group and 0-80 mass% of another copolymerizable unsaturated monomer (a2), and 50-90 mass% of a polymer B, which is obtained by polymerizing 50-100 mass% of alkyl (meth)acrylate (b1) having a 1-4C alkyl group, 0-20 mass% of at least one kind of monomer (b2) selected from an aromatic vinyl monomer and a polymerizable unsaturated monomer having a cycloalkyl group, and 0-50 mass% of another copolymerizable unsaturated monomer (b3).
