The resin composition for sealer includes a plurality of resin layers obtained by multi-stage emulsion polymerization of monomer component, comprises a resin emulsion containing emulsion particles having a glass transition temperature of -70 to 10°C and pigment in which the amount of the pigment is 185-900 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the non-volatile content of the resin emulsion.
