CONSTITUTION: In a sheet for thermal transfer recording having a heat- transferring coloring material layer on one surface of a base film, a heat- resistant layer obtained by curing the reaction product (A) of silicone oil having a carboxylic group in a molecule and a compound having specific structure and a resin composition containing two functional or more of an unsaturated group-contained compound except the component (A) is formed onto the other surface of the film.
