Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material suitable for a sliding key being a composite integral mold of a metallic mold and a resin body by setting an aromatic polyether ketone resin, carbon fiber and a tetrafluoroethylene resin in the specific compounding ratio.
SOLUTION: A groove part 2a is formed in a recessed long hole shape in the lengthwise direction on the outer periphery of a rotary shaft 2. The groove part 2a is desirably formed in at least one place, more desirably, in plural places at equal intervals in the circumferential direction. A sliding key 1 is fitted to this groove part 2a to slidably engage a slide cylinder part 3. A resin composition for the sliding key in a composite integral molded sliding key 1 is formed by blending 50 to 90 vol.% of an aromatic polyether ketone resin, 5 to 20 vol.% of carbon fiber and 5 to 30 vol.% of a tetrafluoroethylene resin. Thus, the sliding key 1 being an integral mold of a metallic mold and the resin composition can restrain operational failure and operational impossibility even in a working environment for sliding at a high temperature and a high load.
