PURPOSE: To obtain a resin composition and a toner excellent in anti-offset property, low temp. fixing property, anti-blocking property, particularly more excellent in low temp. fixing property and capable of obtaining a sufficiently stabilized image.
CONSTITUTION: The resin composition for toner and the toner have a heterogeneous micro phase separation structure composed of at least two kinds of resins, each resin component forms respectively a continuous phase and is in interpenetrating net like state interlocked with each other. Particularly at least one of the resin component preferably contains a fixing assistant (e.g. a plasticizer, a fatty acid ester and the metallic salt, a higher fatty acid, a higher alcohol, a fatty acid amide, paraffin, a terpene based resin, a rosin based resin or the like), or the inorganic fine particle (e.g. silica fine particle, carbon black or the like) or both of the fixing assistant and the inorganic fine particle.
