To provide a resin composition for use in a hard coat material and a laminate that are capable of giving a cured product in which the film after the cure has a high hardness and which it is hardly damaged and in which the film delamination hardly occur and the warpage after the cure is small.

The resin composition for use in a hard coat material comprises a vinyl-based polymer having a repeating unit expressed by formula (1) [wherein R1 is a 2-8C alkylene group; R2 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; and m is a positive integer]; and the laminated body has a layer obtained and formed by curing a material containing the above resin composition.
