PURPOSE: To obtain a resin composition which sustainedly releases a volatile component selected from among perfume, deodorant, antibacterial antifungal agent, and anticorrosive/antirusting agent over a long period of time.

CONSTITUTION: This composition is prepared by mixing at least 1-30wt.% solid additive prepared by adding at least one volatile component selected from among perfume, deodorant, antibacterial/antifungal agent, and anticorrosive/ antirusting agent to at least one ester plasticizer selected from among wax and oligomers with a biodegradable synthetic ester resin, kneading the resulting mixture at 40-150°, and molding the obtained mixture.
