To obtain a resin compsn. excellent in mechanical characteristics by compounding a crystalline polyimide resin having repeating units represented by a specific formula, a carbon black, a bisimide compd., and a polyaryl ether ketone resin.
A resin compsn. is prepd. by mixing 100 pts.wt. crystalline polyimide resin having repeating units represented by formulas I and III (wherein X1 is a direct bond, SO2, etc.; R1 to R6 are each alkyl, halogen, etc.; Y1 is a group represented by formula II; and n is 0-4) with 0.2-200 pts.wt. at least two ingredients selected from among a carbon black having a crystallite size in the c-axis direction of 1-20nm, a bisimide compd. represented by formula IV or VI [wherein R7 is a 6-30C divalent arom. group; R8 is CnH2n+1 (wherein n is 0-3), etc.; X2 is a group represented by formula V; X3 is a direct bond, an ether bond, etc.; Y3 is a group represented by formula W; and Y4 is a direct bond, etc.], and at least one polyaryl ether ketone resin selected from among resins having repeating units represented by formulas VIII to XI and then melt kneading the resultant mixture with an extruder.
