To provide a resin composition composed of a styrenic copolymer and a norbornene-based polymer, having excellent compatibility without causing phase separation, easily formed into a film, having more excellent transparency without coloring and hardly causing discoloring by heating.

The resin composition comprises: (A) a styrenic copolymer having a structural unit (1) represented by formula (1) and a structural unit (2) represented by formula (2), and 5.0 YI (yellowness index) of a 10 wt.% toluene solution measured with a colorimeter; and (B) a norbornene-based polymer.
