Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a resin composition which is capable of forming a cured film that has excellent solvent resistance, heat resistance, transparency and planarization properties. [Solution] A resin composition which contains a self-crosslinkable copolymer having a structural unit represented by formula (1) and a structural unit represented by formula (2), and an acid generator. (In the formulae, R0 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; X represents a single bond or an ethyleneoxy group; R1 represents a single bond or a methylene group; A1 represents a cycloalkyl group having 5 or 6 carbon atoms, or a biphenylyl group; and A2 represents an epoxy cyclohexyl group or an epoxy group.)
