PURPOSE: To provide a resin compsn. which has an excellent impact resistance and good moldability, flame retardancy, weatherability, and resistance to cracking of bosses in insert molding.
CONSTITUTION: A resin compsn. comprises an AS resin (A), a modified silicone- oil-impregnated chlorinated polyethylene (B) contg. 10-45wt.% chlorine, a polyvinyl chloride resin (C), an αAS resin (D), an acrylic ester resin (E), and antimony oxide (F) in such amts. that the wt. ratios of component B, component C, and halogen to the sum of components A, B, C, and D are 1.0-25wt.%, 5.0-50wt.%. and 5wt.% or higher, respectively, that the wt. ratio of component D to the sum of components A and D is 3-80wt.%, and that the amts. of components E and F based on 100 pts.wt. the sum of components A, B, C, and D are 0.1-10 pts.wt. and 10 pts.wt. or lower, respectively.
