PURPOSE: To obtain a resin composition excellent in the adhesivity to various plastic materials, scratch resistance, chemical resistance and yellowing weatherability.

CONSTITUTION: This resin composition comprises (A) a polyurethane resin 5000-100000, in number-average molecular weight produced from feedstocks consisting of 2-55wt.% of a specific mixed diisocyanate, 97-25wt.% of a carboxyl- contg. polycaprolactone polyol 200-10000 in number-average molecular weight and 1-20wt.% of a chain extender and (B) a copolymer 2000-100000 in number- average molecular weight produced from 99-85wt.% of a styrene-based monomer and/or (meth)acrylic monomer and 1-15wt.% of a quaternary ammonium salt- contg. (meth)acrylic monomer.
