To obtain a resin composition having excellent heat-resistance and impact strength and useful for OA and appliance field, car and vessel field, etc., by adding respective specific amounts of a polycarbodiimide and a filler to a thermoplastic resin.
The objective resin composition is produced by compounding (A) 30-99wt.% of a thermoplastic resin, (B) 70-1wt.% of a polycarbodiimide and (C) 0.1-300 pts.wt. (based on 100 pts.wt. of A+B) of a filler. A resin composition having considerably improved heat-resistance and impact strength can be produced by curing the component B during the melt-kneading operation of the components A to C. At least a part of the component C is preferably included in the component B from the viewpoint of the surface appearance of the molded article.
