To obtain a resin composition which can give moldings improved in heat resistance, rigidity and surface appearance by mixing a resin with a condensate of a specified alkoxide and/or a specified organometallic alkoxide.
This composition is prepared by mixing 40-99wt.% at least one resin selected among (rubber-modified) styrene resins having a grafting ratio of 20-150wt.% and an inherent viscosity (as measured on methyl ethyl ketone solubles at 30°C) of 0.2-0.8dl/g, polyamides, thermoplastic polyester resins and olefin resins having a melt index of 0.01-60g/10min with 60-1wt.% condensate of a metal alkoxide represented by the formula: M(OR')n. (R' is an alkyl or an acyl; m is 1-7; and M is a metallic atom) and/or an organic alkoxide represented by the formula: R2n(OR')1 (R2 is an organic group; m is 1-6; and 1 is 1-6).
