Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin conveyor belt capable of forming an arbitrary uneven shape to the surface of a polyolefin resin sheet while ensuring the bonding strength between core canvas and the polyolefin resin sheet.
SOLUTION: The core canvas subjected to bonding treatment and the polyolefin resin sheet are laminated, and a resin mold material having a mold surface comprising a resin having a melting temperature higher than that of a polyolefin resin and having the reversal shape of the uneven shape formed thereto is superposed on the polylefin resin sheet. Then, the polyolefin resin is melted to be bonded to the core canvas under pressure and heating, and the reversal shape of the mold surface of the resin mold material is transferred to the surface of the polyolefin resin sheet to form the uneven shape.
