To provide a resin dish having a sufficient heat resistance, made of a light and safe resin, resistant to a severe use environment, and having soil resistance, and a manufacturing method suitable for it.

The dish is formed of a polypropylene resin, and the surface is treated with plasma before being coated with a resin coating. The resin coating employs a polyurethane resin coating, a polyacrylic urethane coating, or an acrylic resin coating. The plasma treatment is preferably an atmospheric pressure plasma treatment.
