Abstract:
To provide a resin elbow joint capable of suppressing a pressure loss resulting from passage of fluid through a corner part.SOLUTION: A resin elbow joint 1 comprises a resin joint body 5 having an L-shaped corner part 4 that connects a first straight part 2 and a second straight part 3 and that is formed integrally with them. The first straight part 2 of the joint body 5 is provided with a first lock mechanism 7 that prevents a pipe 6 connected to the first straight part 2 from pulling off. The second straight part 3 is provided with a second lock mechanism 9 that prevents a pipe 8 connected to the first straight part 3 from pulling off. An inner peripheral surface of a vertex portion 4c in the corner part 4, an inlet part 4a and an outlet part 4b have each a perfect circle shape. Inside the corner part 4, the inner peripheral surface of the inlet part 4a and the inner peripheral surface of the vertex portion 4c are smoothly connected, and the inner peripheral surface of the vertex portion 4c and the inner peripheral surface of the outlet part 4b are smoothly connected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
