Abstract:
To provide a resin filling method that can effectively suppress deformation of a concavo-convex pattern shape of a base material, and can favorably charge a thermoplastic resin with respect to the base material.SOLUTION: The resin filling method for filling a resin to the base material having a concavo-convex pattern using a resin sheet, comprises in this order: a decompression process in which a sheet is directly laminated on the concavo-convex pattern of the base material to form a laminated body and a reduced pressure atmosphere; and a hot pressing process in which the sheet is heated at a sheet heating temperature Hs°C and is pressed without heating the base material or with heating the base material at a base material heating temperature Hb°C, wherein Hs°C in the hot pressing process is equal to or higher than a Vicat softening temperature of the sheet, and Hb°C is equal to or lower than Hs°C and is equal to or lower than the Vicat softening temperature of the base material. Here, the Vicat softening temperature of the base material is higher than the Vicat softening temperature of the sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: None
