Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin film which can be embrittled by external stimulation without using a layer constitution of a multilayer structure or a highly hazardous additive.SOLUTION: A resin film that can be embrittled by external stimulation without using a layer constitution of a multilayer structure or a highly hazardous additive can be obtained by incorporating a polymer having an alkoxycarbonyloxystyrene structural unit and an acid generator. The alkoxycarbonyloxystyrene structural unit (a) is preferably a structural unit comprising at least one compound selected from ethoxycarbonyloxystyrene, methoxycarbonyloxystyrene, propoxycarbonyloxystyrene, and tert-butoxycarbonyloxystyrene.
