This resin film for printing is obtained by using a resin composition comprising (A) 25-75 wt.% calcium carbonate powder having 70-200 ml/100 g oil absorption measured by JIS-K 5101-1991, and (B) 75-25 wt.% thermoplastic resin as a base material. The calcium carbonate powder A is preferably the cohered and precipitated calcium carbonate powder having 70-200 ml/100 g oil absorption.
