Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin film with an adhesive, which is imparted with antistatic properties, does not cause exfoliation even in a test under a severe environment assuming a use in vehicle mounting or the like when adhering to glass, and has an adhesive layer excellent in durability on the surface of the resin film.SOLUTION: The resin film with the adhesive is obtained by forming the adhesive layer in the resin film such as an optical film and a surface protective film. The adhesive layer is formed of an adhesive composition containing 100 pts.wt. of an acrylic resin (A) with a structural unit derived from (meth)acrylic acid ester in a formula (I) as a main component, 0.2 to 8 pts.wt. of a pyridinium salt (B) in a formula (II), and 0.1 to 5 pts.wt. of a crosslinker (C). (In the formula (I), Rdenotes a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, and Rdenotes a 1C-14C alkyl group or aralkyl group which may be replaced with a 1C-10C alkoxy group). (In the formula (II), Rdenotes a linear 12C-16C alkyl group, Rdenotes a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, and X- denotes an ion having a fluorine atom).
