Abstract:
To provide a resin joint capable of preventing a movable block from being brought into contact with a part connected to parts forming a first straight portion and a second straight portion, of a part forming a corner portion of a joint main body inside of a metal mold, in inserting the movable block of a core pin into the metal mold for injection molding of the joint main body.SOLUTION: A resin joint includes a resin joint main body 5 having a corner portion 4 integrally formed with both of a first straight portion 2 and a second straight portion 3 to connect them, a first lock mechanism for locking a pipe connected to the first straight portion 2, and a second lock mechanism for locking a pipe connected to the second straight portion 3. A part connected to the first straight portion 2 and a part connected to the second straight portion 3 at an inner side in a curving direction of the corner portion 4 at an outer periphery of the corner portion 4 are provided with thick portions 10 corresponding to a relief space of the movable block in the metal mold for forming the joint main body 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
