Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new resin formed article enabling the effective removal of pieces of coating film after crushing and the production of regenerated plastic of good quality at a low cost and to provide a method for regeneration.
SOLUTION: A film 10 having coating film-decomposing function consisting of a coating film-decomposing agent which is not melted or decomposed by a coating solvent or in the process of baking coating is formed, in advance, on pigment particles 9 existing in a coating film 3 formed on the surface of a thermoplastic resin formed body 2. During regeneration process, the coating film-decomposing agent is made to react with coating film 3 to decompose the coating film and the decomposition products are diffused and absorbed into the thermoplastic resin molding material. Thus, pieces of coating film which give bad influence on plastic regeneration articles are efficiently removed and plastic regeneration articles having good quality are produced at a low cost.
