Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide member having high abrasion resistance under presence of a foreign substance.SOLUTION: A resin guide member includes a rib part. In the resin guide member, a strain amount c(%) is obtained after conducting loading of 75 MPa and unloading from 75 MPa to 15 MPa to a test piece cut out from the rib part, once, and a strain amount d(%) is obtained after conducting loading of 75 MPa and unloading from 75 MPa to 15 MPa to a test piece cut out from the rib part, 50 times. A difference (d-c: residual strain) between the strain amount c(%) and the strain amount d(%) is 0.9 point or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
