To provide a resin hose, which makes adjacent layers excellent in adhesion properties even when an adhesion layer does not intervene and through which a fuel, a refrigerant, etc. are made difficult to permeate, and a method for manufacturing the same.
The resin hose 8 has a cylindrical inner layer 80 consisting of an alloy material of an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer and a modified high-density polyethylene resin, or an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, and a cylindrical outer layer 81 piled up on the outside in a radial direction of the inner layer 80 and consisting of a polyamide resin. The outer peripheral surface 800 of the inner layer 80 is plasma-treated in an atmosphere containing a reaction gas in which one or more kinds selected from ammonia and amine are evaporated to melt-extrusion mold the polyamide resin on the outer peripheral surface 800 after the plasma treatment. Through the plasma treatment, an amino group or an amine polymer are introduced onto the outer peripheral surface 800 of the inner layer 80, and the inner layer 80 and the outer layer 81 are adhered through the chemical bonding of the amino group or the amine polymer with the polyamide resin of the outer layer 81.
