Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high efficiency of grinding without hurting the grinding performance, and without generating an inconvinence in the manufacture aspect.
SOLUTION: In a segment chip grinding wheel to be a resin impregnated reinforcement vitrified grinding wheel which is manufactured through an impregnating process 28 and a hardening process 30, the combining strength of an epoxy resin is reformed to the lower side, because a surfactant is mixed to the epoxy resin in the vitrified grinding wheel organization. As a result, since the combining strength which does not hurt the crash and the removal of the grinding particles, and contributes to an adequate holding to the grinding particles with a weak holding force is obtained, a high grinding ratio and durability can be obtained without hurting the grinding performance.
