Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the air bubbles and prevent the lowering of productivity when a fiber base material is impregnated with a liquid resin.
CONSTITUTION: A fiber base material 2 is passed through the liquid resin 6 in a first resin tank 3 through first and second tension adjusting means 7, 8 to make the tension applied to the fiber base material 2 smaller than that at the time of the non-adjustment of tension. In this state, the fiber base material 2 is impregnated with the liquid resin 6.
