Abstract:
To provide a resin insulator capable of preventing an electrical defect arising due to a parting line.
In this resin insulator 1 with a plurality of shed parts 2b provided on the periphery of an insulator body 2 at fixed intervals in the longitudinal direction of the insulator body 2, parting lines 7 existing on surfaces of the insulator body 2 and of the respective shed parts 2b are provided in a circumferentially shifted manner from each other at every fixed interval in the longitudinal direction of the insulator body 2.
