Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for laser joining a particular resin-made members to each other, or between a particular resin and other material.SOLUTION: Provided is a joining method in which: a first member 4 of the upper side facing toward a laser light source 1, is made of a laser beam 2 permeable material; a second member 5 is made of a laser beam 2 absorptive material; a mask 3 formed from an opaque material to laser is installed between the laser light source 1, and the members 4,5 to be joined in a predetermined melt area of the contact surface between the materials; and the mask 3 that moves along with the members 4,5 is to move relative to the laser beam 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
