Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a resin sheet producing apparatus excellent in the safety for efficiently and automatically producing a resin sheet for inspection.
CONSTITUTION: A pair of heated kneading rolls 11, 12 are provided in opposed relationship at a minute interval and the roll 11 is rotated at a high speed while the roll 12 is rotated at a low speed in a direction sucking a resin from above and the resin is charged in the trough part between the kneading rolls 11, 12 to be bonded to the high speed rotary roll 11 to be melted and, further, the resin falling from the fine interval between the rolls 11, 12 is received by a belt to be fed and brought into contact with the high speed rotary roll 11 to be bonded thereto to be melted. The resin is kneaded while the fine interval between the kneading rolls 11,12 and the axial effective width thereof are changed. After the fine interval between the kneading rolls 11, 12 and the substantial axial effective width thereof are adjusted to specific values, the sheet on the high speed rotary roll 11 is brought into contact with a sheet frame to be transferred thereto to produce a resin sheet for inspection.
