Abstract:
To provide a resin lubricating composition which contains a lubricant and enables a continuous and effective molding of a paste resin material into a definite form at an ambient temp.
A paste mixture prepared by mixing a resin powder and a lubricant is continuously pumped into the inlet 3a of a mold by a pumping means 1. The mixture which is transferred continuously to the outlet 3b is heated with a heater 7 and the resin powder contained in it is melt. Then, the mixture is cooled and molded in a specified form, and continuously pushed out of the outlet 3b to obtain a long-sized crude molding 4.
