The screw is engaged with a screw 35 of a neck part of a container 3, and the piercing needle member 4 is provided with a fluid passage to be opened at a tail part through a pointed end part, a horizontal hole part on each side, and the inside, a plug body 14 projected downwardly from a lower side of the upper lid part 13 is fitted to the opening of the tail part of the piercing needle member in an attachable/detachable manner. The upper lid part 13 is connected to the outer lid member 11 through a solid hinge integrated therewith and a thin hinge, and an opening/closing projection 17 is provided on the other end of the former. Liquid leakage after unsealing can be prevented without any gasket.
