To provide a resin-made shopping bag which is designed not to bite into a hand to hurt.

The resin-made shopping bag 1 comprises a bag body 2 with an upper part opened and a handle 3 formed to extend from an upper end of the bag body 2. A rectangular resin sheet (a) is prepared, and it is folded so that one of short sides 11 overlaps the other short side 11. The handle 3 is formed by cutting a part of a crease 13. Right and left long sides 12 which are overlaid are sewn by a resin thread (b) respectively to form sides of the bag body 2. The sewn long side 12 is folded inward by a predetermined length, and the overlaid short sides 11 opposite to the crease are sewn by the thread (b) to form a bottom of the bag body 2. The bag body 2 and the handle 3 thus obtained are turned inside out, thereby manufacturing the resin-made shopping bag 1 wherein the handle 3 is formed of double sheets and has no seam.
