This resin material for lining, with which inner peripheral surface of a concrete pipe is coated, is produced by mixing an aqueous dispersion of a polyester, a (meth)acrylic-styrene emulsion having an acid value of 3-50 KOHmg/g, and silica sol, wherein the aqueous dispersion of a polyester is obtained by: dissolving a polyester having an acid number of 3-100 KOHmg/g into an organic solvent; adding a basic compound to neutralize the solution; adding water thereto; and thereafter distilling out the organic solvent to be converted into an aqueous phase.
