PURPOSE: To provide with the enough strength and durability to be able to replace a metal made die by composing the reinforced body with the thermosetting resin impregnating hardening body of the deformed spiral multi-layer body in a crescent shape formed by the fiber made cloth for reinforcing and using it for a dies shoulder part and punch shoulder part.

CONSTITUTION: A reinforced body 5 is formed by deforming in a crescent shape and pushing to the side of position abutting to the dies shoulder part of a mother die or punch shoulder part what the fiber made cloth for reinforcing is spirally wound and a thermosetting resin is impregnated at the midway step in forming a resin die. The thermosetting resin impregnating cloth for forming a reinforced layer 6 is stuck to the inner side of the crescent reinforced body 5. The reinforced layer 6 and reinforced crescent body 5 are integrally taken off with the integral hardening. In this case they may be taken off after forming a sand core, etc., at the inner part of the reinforced layer 6. In this case the direction of the fiber for reinforcing of the cloth is made in parallel to the direction of the load applied on the dies shoulder part or punch shoulder part.
