Title:
RESIN MOLDED ARTICLE HAVING PRINTED PATTERN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2000006599
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide an appearance which closely resembles natural raw materials by providing an irregular fine uneven pattern and an irregular printed pattern.

An outer finisher 10 has a flat plate shape, and a recess 11 to house a knob which operates the engagement/disengagement of a lock, a through hole 12 through which the operation knob of the lock is passed, above the recess 11, and a boss to attach the outer finisher 10 to a flat plate part, are formed. The outer finisher 10 is injection-molded of an ABS resin, and a fine uneven leather emboss 8 which imitates a natural leather is integrally formed on the total surface of a surface part 15. The leather emboss 8 is applied on a molded article by a die in such a manner that a model on which an etching is applied, or an artificial leather sheet is affixed at an area corresponding to the surface part 15 of a molding die, is inverted on the die by a normal inverting method. A printed pattern on the top of the leather emboss 8 is applied by a fluid printing or a liquid pressure transfer or the like by a sheet in which on a water-soluble film, a pattern for which the same master as the leather crimp 8, or a master of a similar pattern is copied, is printed.
