Abstract:

To mold a resin molded article in a short period, even if the molded article is shaped like a deep concave vessel that has a three dimensional shape and a thinned sidewall.

The resin molded article is an injection molded deep concave vessel with thinned sidewall, which is made of a high viscosity resin and 10 mm or more in depth and 0.2-0.3 mm in thickness of the sidewall; wherein the high viscosity resin is a thermoplastic resin of 3,600 poise or more in melt viscosity, 30 or lower in melt index, or 24,000 or more in number average molecular weight, selected from polyethylene terephthalate, polycarbonate, polymethylmethacrylate, high density polyethylene and styrene/acrylonitrile.
