Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of the falling of a spool, the disturbance of a coil, etc., by injection-molding an insulating resin under the state, in which the inwall surface of the spool is held at the center of a mold, and pressing a bearing bracket, in which a plurality of projecting pieces for retaining are formed in the outer circumference, into the inwall surface of the spool of the opening of a stator assembly.
SOLUTION: Spools 4, on which shading coils and coils 3 are wound, are disposed at relative places at 90° respectively at the four places of the field pole section of a yoke core 2. A core comprises the yoke core 2 and a stator core 1 fitted to the yoke core 2. The outer circumference of a stator assembly 5 having the constitution is covered by the integral molding of an insulating resin body 6 and the stator assembly 5 is formed. A bearing bracket 9, to which a plurality of projecting pieces 11 are formed for retaining on an outer circumference, is pressed into the inwall surfaces 4a of the spools 4 of the opening sections 5a, 5b of the stator assembly 5, and the bearing bracket 9 is constituted by receiving the shaft of a rotor 10 by a bearing 12 housing in the bearing bracket 9. Accordingly, the spools 4 do not fall, and the disconnection of the coils 3 can also be prevented.
