Title:
RESIN MOLDED PART HAVING INSERTED METALLIC TERMINAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3135371
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a resin molded part having on inserted metallic terminal consisting of a composition obtained by blending a polyarylene sulfide resin with a specific phosphoric acid ester, excellent in heat resistance, mechanical physical properties and adhesion to a metallic terminal and free from corrosion, etc., caused by penetration of a cleansing liquid into the interface between the resin and metal.
CONSTITUTION: The part is obtained by using a resin composition consisting of (A) 100 pts.wt. polyarylene sulfide resin, (B) 0.5-30 pts.wt. phosphoric acid ester of the formula (R is divalent organic group; R1 is 1-20C aliphatic acid group, 3-13C alicyclic group or 6-18C aromatic group; n is 0-3) and (C) 5-300 pts.wt. filler. As the component A, a linear high molecular polymer containing ≥70mol% p-phenylene sulfide and having m-phenylene sulfide is preferably used. As the component C, combination of glass fiber having 30-500μm average fiber length and finely crushed mica powder, etc., is preferably used when high mechanical strength is required.
