Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a resin molding apparatus that prevents operation trouble of a metering pump.SOLUTION: A resin molding apparatus includes at least a raw material tank, a piston type metering pump, an agitation mixer, and a mold. In the resin molding apparatus, a driving device of a piston includes at least a driving shaft coupled to a gear rotated by a driving motor and the piston. The driving device is arranged outside of the reciprocatory sliding axis line of the driving shaft of the piston. The metering pump has the piston reciprocatory moving in a cylinder to suck or discharge a raw material liquid in the raw material tank. The piston equipped with a molded seal material is suitable therefor. The molded seal material is molded into a desired shape using a siliconic resin mixed with an inorganic material as a raw material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
