Abstract:
To provide a resin molding device capable of preventing misalignment of a thermoplastic resin sheet set on an upper surface of a lower mold, improving a shape accuracy by press molding, and suppressing occurrence of distortion caused by air bubbles in the thermoplastic resin sheet.SOLUTION: There is provided a resin molding device for molding a heated thermoplastic resin sheet, comprises: a lower mold; an upper mold that presses the thermoplastic resin sheet between itself and the lower mold; and a cloth holding mechanism that is provided around the lower mold to hold a cloth stretched between the lower mold and the upper mold. The cloth is spaced apart from the lower mold and the upper mold in between the lower mold and the upper mold, and is stretched perpendicular to a pressing direction of the lower mold and the upper mold. The lower mold and the upper mold are provided so as to press the thermoplastic resin sheet in a state of placing apart from the lower mold and the upper mold on the cloth.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
