Abstract:
To provide a resin molding die which greatly reduces a working period and cost using powder of a metallic material equivalent to a conventional die formed by machine work such as cutting and grinding without using a special facility and material and high energy, is optimal for production of many kinds in a small lot, and has a smooth surface state, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a molding die mounted on a fixed side and a movable side of a molding machine for molding a resin, wherein the shape of a resin molding that is divided by a parting line and formed in a cavity and a biconvex nest die on a fixed side and a movable side including a molding shape holding part that is connected to the parting line part and acts as a foundation at the time of compression molding of a next step are made by a three-dimensional molding step, a biconcave nest die with the obtained biconvex die as a master model is manufactured in a powder metallurgy step by compression molding and sintering of metallic powder, and the biconcave nest die as a nest is mounted on a molding die base.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
