Abstract:

To obtain a resin particle which has excellent storage stability, improved sense of use, is effectively adsorbed on the skin, the hair, fibers, etc., and remains and effectively develops UV protection ability, antimicrobial ability, deodorizing ability, etc., which a metal oxide fine particle has, to provide a method for producing the same and to obtain a cosmetic containing the resin particle.

This resin particle contains a metal oxide and has ≥20 ΔT(%) represented by the formula: ΔT(%) = transmittance (%) (550 nm) -transmittance (%) (350 nm) (transmittance is a value measured by a water dispersion obtained by dispersing the resin particle into water so as to make the concentration of the metal oxide 0.01 mass %. The resin particle contains the metal oxide and comprises a hydrophilic polymer crosslinked product. This method for producing the resin particle is provided. This cosmetic comprises the resin particle is obtained.
