Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin pipe joint which achieves excellent thermal insulation performance and chemical resistance and has a good appearance.SOLUTION: A resin pipe joint 1 includes: a body part 10 having a passage therein and formed with an opening 12a and an opening 12b located at both ends; a receiving part 20a which encloses a periphery of the opening 12a of the body part 10; and a receiving part 20b which encloses a periphery of the opening 12b. The body part 10 includes: a foam layer 30; and a non-foam layer 50 covering both surfaces of the foam layer 30. The foam layer 30 is formed by foaming and molding a foaming resin composition including a first polyvinyl chloride resin, a foaming agent, and a first stabilizer. The non-foam layer 50 is formed by molding a non-foaming resin composition including a second polyvinyl chloride resin and a second stabilizer. The foam layer 30 and the non-foam layer 50 do not include lead substantially, and the non-foam layer 50 is transparent or translucent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
