Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide plywood for concrete form and its formwork permitting the recycle during its disposal and having a strength capable of withstanding its severe and disorderly use peculiar to the job sites for civil engineering works and building construction works as well as light weight almost equivalent to or more than that of the conventional wooden plywood, suitability to nailing and suitability to cutting by saw.
SOLUTION: For the solid layer, at least one surface of 0.5 to 4.0 mm thick solid layer 100 consisting of ABS resin containing 5 to 15 wt.% of polybutadiene rubber is treated with corona discharge, an adhesive is coated to the surface treated by corona discharge, and a 0.5 to 12.0 mm thick foamed layer 101 consisting of ABS resin with 2 to 5 expansion ratio is adhered. Both outer ones are solid layers 100 and the layers are alternately laminated in such a manner that the total number of the foamed layers 101 and solid layers 100 becomes more than 3.
